- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been going to this chase for about two years, and every single experience had been noteworthy. The poor banker that I normally harass, Tristan, is so wonderful and sulking to help. I recieve the same amount of customer service whether I have $0.13 in my account as I do when I have much more. I just got off the phone with a manager there, and he handled my terrible attitude (which I am ashamed of) with grace and addressed the issue.
